CSIRO brand identity
The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) is an Australian Government Partner agency responsible for scientific research, and works with over 4,000 industry and government partners around the world.
CSIRO was in need of a brand identity that conveys the vision and vigour of one of the world’s leading scientific agencies. The new identity inspires interest and confidence in an audience that ranges from governments and corporations to scientists and students.
Partner agency: Nice Idea
The rebrand involved a refreshed logo, a nature inspired colour palette, and typography that strikes a balance between precision and approachability. The ribbon graphic device is inspired by the wave and helix forms that frequently occur in nature and science.
Detailed brand identity guidelines and a comprehensive suite of templates for reports and presentations were created in Adobe as well as Microsoft Office software.
